Terms & Conditions

Plans: Clients purchase one of the predefined plans (Essential, Standard, or Growth) and pay upfront before any work begins. This ensures a clear understanding of the time allocated and the services provided.

Subscription Management: Clients can manage their subscription (upgrade, downgrade, or cancel) through the login (Stripe customer portal), ensuring flexibility and control over their ongoing services.

Pause and Resume: If at any point your design needs are fully met, you can request to pause your service. During the pause, your plan will freeze, and any remaining days will be saved for when you’re ready to resume.

Pause Duration: Within each paid monthly plan, you are entitled to a maximum of 30 days of pause time, which can be used in increments. Pausing must be requested directly, as it involves pausing the work related to your project.

Clients acknowledge and accept that my work will reflect my unique artistic style and creative judgment. While I strive to meet client expectations, there may be subjective differences in interpretation. By engaging my services, clients agree to accept the artistic decisions made by me in the course of the project.

Primary Mode of Communication: Communication will be conducted via the clients preferred communication app or tools, within reason. I am adaptable to suit your preferences.

Response Time: On average, you will receive a response usually within a few hours, but it is guaranteed that I aim to respond to all communications within 24 hours during business days.

Ownership: Upon payment, all work completed is owned by you, the client.

Portfolio Usage: I retain the right to showcase any work completed in my portfolio, as it supports my marketing efforts. If you prefer to keep the work confidential, an additional fee will apply due to the impact on my marketing strategy.

Website Backlink: For websites I design & develop, a ‘website credit’ backlink will be added to the footer or in a reasonable location (such as the contact page) for promotional purposes. If you prefer to remove this, you may opt out, but an additional fee will be charged to compensate for the loss of promotional value.

I do not offer refunds. By engaging my services, you acknowledge and accept that once you purchase a plan, you accept that I reserve time specifically for your project, which incurs an opportunity cost as I schedule time for you and do not accept other clients for those purchased hours. I am committed to working closely with you to ensure your satisfaction with the final deliverables, and I encourage open communication and feedback throughout the project.

Apart from the portfolio rights mentioned, all project details and communications are kept strictly confidential.

Limitation of Liability: I will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on any third-party rights or marketing regulations per country. I am not liable for any issues arising from the use of the assets I create, and it is solely the client’s responsibility for how they use the assets after delivery.

Termination by Designer: I reserve the right to terminate any plan at any stage if the terms and conditions are not met or if there is a breakdown in communication. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be owned by the client and delivered for future use with another designer or team to complete.
